Oct 31, 2013 · On the task bar, I choose 'show toolbar ', but I get ' save or cancel '. I choose ' Save ' but the next time I log in, the passwords arr not saved. This occured after I updated my AOL browser. Before then, the toolbar was always visible at the bottom & was able to fill in all my passwords, which were saved. Thanks

If you don't see it, you might need to scroll to the right. If not, here's the answer: starting with the recently issued Roboform 8.3.7, the RoboForm extension will no longer include a full static toolbar above the content pane of Firefox. Instead, you get a button with a message that reads ("Click this button to show RoboForm commands") with a vertical menu, similar to how Roboform works in Chrome.
