Nov 23, 2019 · I am having this same issue! The internet is connected, but the channels/apps all say that they are not connected to the network. Everything worked fine for two weeks, then everything quit. I have rebooted the router and Roku stick+ multiple times. I even bought a WiFi extender hoping that would help. Nope.

Dec 07, 2010 · I've got a DX, just DL'd the most current version of Wireless Tether (pre-14), and still have this problem. My computer recognizes and connects to the phone wirelessly, but 95% of the time it's either "Limited Connectivity" (meaning, no internet) or literally just says "Local" only.

Within "Network & Sharing Center" it shows (This computer) connected to (Unidentified network) and then has the red X between that & (internet).

I would like to add that i tried changing the ip to 8.8.8.8 or is that dns something and now when I turn the laptop on, it would still have no internet, but I just leave it on for an hour or so and when I check again, i would suddenly have internet.
